5912 fare dodgers fined in „Rīgas satiksme” public transport in September

Statistics of „Rīgas satiksme” about ticket inspections in Riga public transport (buses, trolleybuses and trams) in September 2014:

Number of fare dodgers fined in public transport:
Buses	2386
Trolleybuses	1877
Trams	1649
Total:	5912
including:
Fine receipts	4073
Fine bills	1839

It is by 374 fare dodgers less than in August 2014, when 6286 passengers were fined for fare dodging in public transport.

Number of ticket inspections in public transport:
Buses	8785
Trolleybuses	7031
Trams	3946
Total:	19762

Just to compare: there were 19364 ticket inspections in August 2014, which is by 398 less than in September 2014.

In September 2014, the maximum number of fare dodgers (467) was fined on tram route No. 6, but the minimum number (0) on bus routes No. 34 and 20.
